You can cook just about anything in the slow cooker. That’s why I love mine so much. I cooked my first turkey breast in the slow cooker and it turned out to be the juiciest turkey breast ever!
I have been using this Slow Cooker for quite some time and I love it!
You’ll need:
1 turkey breast, thawed. Mine was about 8 pounds.
Seasoning, I used my favorite Garlic and Herb seasoning from Weber.
Sprinkle the seasoning under the breast skin.
Sprinkle more on the outside of the breast skin.
Place into the slow cooker. Close.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until 170 degrees F internal temperature.
Remove from the slow cooker.
Place on a baking pan and place under the broiler for a few minutes to brown.
Perfect!
