- i Turkey breast, thawed, mine was 8 pounds
- seasoning, I used my favorite Garlic and Herb by Weber.
- Sprinkle the seasoning under the breast skin. Sprinkle more on the outside of the breast skin.
- Place into the slow cooker. Close.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until 170 degrees F internal temperature.
- Remove from the slow cooker.
- Place on a baking pan and place under the boiler for a few minutes to brown.
- Perfect!
