Ingredients
  • i Turkey breast, thawed, mine was 8 pounds
  • seasoning, I used my favorite Garlic and Herb by Weber.
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle the seasoning under the breast skin. Sprinkle more on the outside of the breast skin.
  2. Place into the slow cooker. Close.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until 170 degrees F internal temperature.
  4. Remove from the slow cooker.
  5. Place on a baking pan and place under the boiler for a few minutes to brown.
  6. Perfect!
