Cheesy Cauliflower Bake

I’m back! So sorry to have been absent lately. I came down with the flu on Christmas eve and haven’t been well since. Today I am happy to say I am feeling great and ready to get this New Year started. I have so many ideas for 2015 so stay tuned!
Today I am sharing a Cheesy Cauliflower Bake. It’s simple to make and will make everyone wanting more vegetables!

You’ll need:
I large head of cauliflower or 1 bag frozen
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon of flour
2 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon spicy mustard
1/ 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese plus 1/2 cup for topping.
1/4 garlic powder Or I used Weber’s dry roasted garlic and herb seasoning
fresh pepper
Steam your cauliflower for a couple minutes, drain and dry with a paper towel. Break into bite size pieces.
Spray a baking dish with oil
In a small saucepan combine milk, cream cheese, mustard, and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese.
Heat until melted and bubbling, stirring often.
Place the dried cauliflower in the baking dish and pour the cheese mixture on top. Stir until coated. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
I place mine under the broiler to brown the cheese.
Serve and eat.
