First, let me start by saying, my husband is in heaven with all the bacon recipes I am sharing this month. As bacon month continues today I’m going to share a recipe guaranteed to make those brussel sprouts extra delicious. I really I really adore brussel sprouts, grew up eating them all the time. Some years I even grow my own in the garden. This recipe is super simple and makes the brussel sprouts pop with flavor.
You’ll need:
1 – 1/2 pounds of brussel sprouts
4 slices bacon
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
Rinse and trim the brussel sprouts. Cut in half.

In a bowl drizzle, the brussel sprouts with the olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Line a baking pan with foil. Spread out your brussel sprouts in an even layer on the foil.

Evenly place your bacon pieces over the brussel sprouts.

Roast in a preheated 400 F degree oven for 20 minutes or until crispy and tender,

Serve and eat.

I share at these parties.
