Many years ago when my kids were younger ( 25 years ago??? Yikes!) I used to make this ground beef dish. It never seemed to have a name. I think my sister found it in an old microwave cookbook. My kids called it “Stuff”. They loved it. I have reduced the fat content by using low-fat ingredients. You can make it either way. The combination is yummy. 🙂
You’ll need:
1 pound ground beef or ground turkey ( I used beef )
14 ounces wide noodle pasta cooked
1 small diced onion or 1/4 cup
15 ounces tomato sauce
16 ounces low-fat sour cream
12 ounces low fat cream cream
1 Tablespoon sugar/sucanat
1 cups fat free or low fat shredded cheddar cheese
brown ground beef with onion

It is so cheesy and it will fill you up. Great for a cold winter day. It tastes really good left over. It’s also a great meal to make the day ahead, just adjust your cooking time. 🙂
