My husband loves hot chicken wings, I don’t so much because of the chicken skin. Yuck! I did a little searching and I found a recipe here for Buffalo Chicken Dip. It’s simple and the taste is out of this world. Perfect for your next party.

Buffalo Chicken Dip 3
You’ll need:
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast. you can use canned
1 8-ounce package low-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup hot sauce like Frank’s
1/2 cup ranch dressing or bleu cheese dressing I used a low fat
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or any cheese you choose
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together all the ingredients and pour into a 1- quart glass baking dish.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for about 20 minutes until bubbly and heated through.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked, shredded

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce like Franks
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or bleu cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients and pour into a 1-quart shallow glass baking dish. I used a square glass dish.
  2. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
  3. Remove and serve immediately.
  4. I served mine with celery, more like the buffalo chicken you order in a restaurant. You can also serve with crackers or whatever you prefer.
