Simple Oven Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower

Making this roasted broccoli and cauliflower is so simple and such a time saver. The oven roasting deepens and sweetens the flavors, caramelizing the vegetables into a tantalizing dish even the kids will eat. They’ll be asking for more. Sometimes the simple way is best.
You’ll need:
1 bunch of broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning. I use fresh garlic and basil or oregano if I have it on hand.Clean and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size. I try to make the close to the same size so they cook evenly.

Lay the veggies out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake in a 400 degree F oven for about 10 minutes flip over and bake another 5 to 10 or until fork tender.
Remove from the oven and serve.
