It’s the perfect simple weeknight dinner. Only 2g net carbs per serving! So if you’re counting carbs like we are, this recipe might just be perfect for you too.
It’s that time of the year when the asparagus is coming into season so prices are going down and the flavor is going up! It’s a win-win!
My focus on Mamal Diane this year will be more towards what I truly want to blog about. Low carb, low sugar, healthy fats, walking, traveling, and my hometown Dayton, Ohio. Plus anything else I think you might be interested in.

First, let me say I’m not an expert on nutrition.
Recently my husband finally decided he would take his weight gain/loss more serious and finally start doing something about it. Our family doctor recently retired so my husband reluctantly went to visit a new doctor. Well, let me say he was pleased with this physician. He told my husband to cut out carbs and sugar right now, today. When he came home from his appointment he told me he was ready to do it!
I’m overjoyed. I’ve immediately started removing carbohydrates and sugar from our daily diets. Stay tuned for my next low carb recipe.
