Homemade Meatloaf has always been a favorite with my family. I’m not sure how I came up with this recipe. I tend to decide ingredients while I’m cooking. This is my usual tried and true Homemade Meatloaf recipe.
You’ll need:
1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
2 slices of bread torn or cut into very small pieces
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 garlic powder
1/4 ground pepper
1/4 sea salt
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together except the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into a small oblong roll and place in a bread pan.
Sprinkle the meatloaf with salt and pepper. Top with ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Place in a preheated 375 F degree oven. Cook about 50 – 55 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 F.
Remove from pan, slice and serve.
