Cauliflower Cheese Bake Low Carb Recipe

You’ll need:

  • 4 cups cauliflower
  • 6 ounces package cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  1. After you have roasted the cauliflower add it to your 8×8 inch pan.

2. Add the softened cream cheese.

3. Mix with the roasted cauliflower.

4. Sprinkle with pepper and salt if desired.

6. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until it’s bubbling and the cheese is starting to brown.

Ingredients

  3. Add the softened cream cheese to your baking or casserole dish.

  4. Mix in the warm roasted cauliflower.

  5. Sprinkle with pepper and salt if desired.

  6. Top with cheddar cheese.

  7. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until it's bubbling and the cheese is starting to brown.

  8. Remove from oven, enjoy!

  1. For even roasting cut the cauliflower into even-sized pieces.
  2. Soften the cream cheese and cut into even-sized pieces for easier melting.
  3. This can be made the day before, you’ll need to cook it in the oven a bit longer.
  4. I use a thermometer to check the temperature, it needs to be 165 F.
