A few weeks ago we were invited to an old-fashioned cider press party. The family we buy our beef from also hosts an annual cider press party. The grandkids loved seeing all the cows. I didn’t tell them that 1/2 of one pf those cows would be going home with us in a few weeks.

Geez, I hope he’s not ours.

The kids loved throwing the apples into the apple washer.

Then the apples are crushed

Now into the cider press.

Katie was anxious to get her cup of cider.

Tyler loved the cider. He drank 3 cups. I’m not sure if it;s because he loved the cider or because he loved getting his own drink from the table.
