For the new year are you looking for healthy recipes like I am? I think pork loin is a great alternative to chicken. I don’t like to over season my meat. I enjoy these flavors so I paired them all together to make a marinade/seasoning. It turned out quite scrumptious.
You’ll need:
4 boneless pork loin chops
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and paprika.
Trim any fat from pork loin chops.
Top each chop with sauce let it run down the sides.
Refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes before grilling/broiling.
Since it’s February in Ohio (and so cold), I am cooking mine in the oven under the broiler.
Grill about 10 minutes each side depending on the thickness of your chops. Internal temperature at least 145 degrees F, with 3 minute rest time.
