Garlic and Soy Grilled Loin Chops

- You'll need:
- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and paprika.
- Trim fat if any off the pork loin chop.
- Top each chop with sauce let it run down the sides.
- Refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes before grilling/broiling.
- Since it's February in Ohio (and so cold), I am cooking mine in the oven under the broiler.
- Grill about 10 minutes each side depending on the thickness of your chops. Internal temperature at least 145 degrees F, with 3 minute rest time.
