Doesn’t the title of this is post sound like a dream come true? Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Cookie is exactly what the name says, candy and cookie all in one.
Here’s how this came to be, I was making cookies for shipping to my son overseas. I wanted to make a few different kinds and was looking for something different then I found at the grocery store, a bag of one of my favorite candy bars, (Butterfingers) crushed and sold in a 12-ounce bag. I brought the bag of crushed candy bars home along with some mini chocolate chips.

1 cup mini chocolate chips
In a small bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, set aside. Cream together the sugars and the butter. Add the vanilla and the eggs and mix. Add the crushed candy bar and mini chocolate chips and mix together.
Using a teaspoon scoop the dough into inch size balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
