Fresh Guacamole Dip

Making Fresh Guacamole Dip at home tastes so much better than store-bought, and it’s simpler to make than you think.
Avocados have been a great buy lately so I decided to make Guacamole Dip with my avocados. It turned out great.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/3 cup onion finely diced
- 2 plum tomatoes finely diced
- 1 clove garlic finely diced
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Cut open avocados
- Remove the pit and scrape out avocados
- Add diced onion
- Add diced tomatoes
- Add minced garlic
- Add lime
- Mix together, chill at least a couple hours before serving

Cut open avocados
Remove the pit and scrape out avocados
add diced onion
add diced tomato
add garlic
add lime
mix all together, chill and eat
We ate it with tortilla chips. I bet it would be good on just about anything 🙂
