Blueberry Pie Delight

I had a fabulous week! I made this delicious Blueberry Pie Delight on the Fox 19 Now morning show in celebration of National Blueberry Pie Day! It was the best experience, thanks to all the incredible people at Fox 19 in Cincinnati, Ohio! They are the absolute best!
3 Cups fresh blueberries
2/3 cup sugar
8 0z cream cheese
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
I teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipped cream
1 Wholly Wholesome organic pie crust
Bake the pie crust as directed on the package. I used Wholly Wholesome brand.
Using a food processor puree the blueberries, sugar, and 1/2 cup yogurt together until like a smoothie.
In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, remaining cup of yogurt, and the vanilla with a hand mixer. Whip until it’s nice and creamy.
Pour the blueberry mixture into the cream cheese mixture and blend together with the hand mixer.
Fold in the whipped topping.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours before serving.
