Sausage & Potatoes in the Slow Cooker

So sorry for not posting more recipes these past few weeks. I am trying to at least post one a week. With the warm weather and the holiday weekend it has been very busy. I love being outside it’s difficult to get things done on my blog when I’m digging in the dirt. I have been taking the grand kids to different places that are free to enjoy. I will be sharing that with you as soon as I can sit myself down long enough :).
We had a big crowd over on Monday for a cook-out and these sausages were left so I decided to cook them in the slow cooker with some potatoes, onions and fresh green beans that I had already bought. It turned out so good I had to share it with you. It doesn’t get any simpler then this 😉
You’ll Need:
Sausage links
6 – 8 potatoes cubed depending on size
1/2 white onion sliced
fresh green beans
1 Tablespoon Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning (I use McCormick Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning)
Layer the ingredients in the slow cooker starting with the potatoes. Sprinkle the potatoes with some of the seasoning. Next add the green beans and onions, sprinkle with seasoning. Place the sausages on top and sprinkle with the last of the seasoning. Cook on low for 8 hours.
I share at these parties.
