October is Breast Cancer awareness month.
Did you know that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime in the US and that about 95% of all breast cancers occur in women over 40? Wow, so the biggest risk factors are being a woman and getting older. Sounds like I’m screwed! 🙁 All joking aside make sure you remind all the women in your life to get a mammogram.
In honor of Breast Cancer awareness month, I am sharing Pink Fluff Dip. It’s a super simple dip to make, it only takes a few ingredients and is ready in less than fifteen minutes. I found several different recipes and decided on this one.
You’ll need:
8-ounce package cream cheese, low-fat room temperature
8-ounces Fluff
1 drop pink food coloring
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Using an electric mixer mix all the ingredients together until whipped light and fluffy.
Serve with fruit or pretzels. I served mine with Twisty Grahams and it was delicious. The cream cheese balances out the sweetness of the Fluff.
