n a frying pan over medium heat, saute minced garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.
Add asparagus pieces and saute with garlic for 3 minutes.
Add sliced mushrooms, saute 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes.
Add crushed pepper flakes and mix together.
Add cream cheese.
Mix. Simmer until bubbling.
Mix in parmesan cheese, simmer until bubbling.
Serve.
