Ingredients

  • 2 lb rolled pork roast or any cut you prefer
  • 3 or 4 sliced carrots
  • 1 lb Brussel sprouts
  • 3 large potatoes cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 medium onion cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the carrots, potatoes, onion and Brussel sprouts into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pork roast on top of the vegetables and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
  4. When the pork roast is done lift it out of the slow cooker and set aside to slice. If your roast is wrapped with a string, cut it off carefully, watch out it's hot!
