Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 lb Beef Brisket
  • Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning I use Weber brand Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Cornstarch (optional for gravy).

Instructions

  1. Season the brisket on all sides with garlic and herb seasoning
  2. Pop it straight into the slow cooker.
  3. Put on the lid and set the cooking time for 10 hours on low. 

    After 10 hours, remove from the slow cooker.

  4. Optional: Mix in some cornstarch or flour to thicken the beef drippings to make a nice gravy. 

    Pour the gravy over the beef when serving
