A delicious yet simple way to make pizza at home, using frozen garlic bread.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices frozen garlic bread
  • 1 fresh tomato 4 slices
  • 4 basil leaves cut into thin strips
  • 3 slices cheese (I used a slice each of Havarti, Provolone, and Pepper Jack cheeses)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Lay the 4 frozen pieces of garlic bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 3 minutes, remove them from the oven.

  4. Top with a slice of fresh tomato,

  5. cheese,
  6. and sprinkle with basil.
  7. Pop them back into the oven for another 8 to 10 minutes.
