Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all the above ingredients. The batter will be lumpy.
  2. Pour about 1/3 cup batter into oil sprayed, preheated waffle maker.
  3. Waffle will start steaming when finished, about 4 to 5 minutes.

They turned out nice and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Plus clean up was a breeze!
