you'll need an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking or casserole dish
Add the softened cream cheese to your baking or casserole dish.
Mix in the warm roasted cauliflower.
Sprinkle with pepper and salt if desired.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until it's bubbling and the cheese is starting to brown.
Remove from oven, enjoy!
