Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans I used fresh, I steamed to get them partially cooked and plunged them in ice water to stop the cooking process.
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary fresh chopped rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic Crushed. Add more if you love garlic like we do.

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the garlic and rosemary.
  2. Add the green beans and stir fry until tender.
  3. Serve and eat.
