Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Mix the dry ingredients.
  3. Make a well in the center and add the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Stir well.

  5. Pour into buttered pan.

  6. Bake at 350 degree F, for 40- 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
