Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef grass fed
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 4 cups lettuce shredded
  • 1 small sweet onion finely diced
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 ounces cheese finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Brown your ground beef and strain off the grease.

  2. Add 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning. Mix and bring it to a boil. Reduce the burner to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

  3. Add the lettuce to each of the plates, top with taco meat, onions, cheese, and sour cream. Oh, let’s not forget the hot sauce!
