Ingredients

  • 2 medium Yellow summer squash cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 cup vidalia onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the ends off of the summer squash. Cut into small bite size pieces
  2. Dice up a 1/2 cup of onion
  3. Mince 2 cloves of garlic
  4. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large fry pan.
  5. Add the garlic and onion, saute for a couple minutes.
  6. Add the summer squash, saute for several minutes or until tender.

  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
