Homemade Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
  • 2 slices of bread torn or cut into very small pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 garlic powder
  • 1/4 ground pepper
  • 1/4 sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together except the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into a small oblong roll and place in a bread pan. Sprinkle the meatloaf with salt and pepper. Top with ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place in a preheated 370 F degree oven. Cook about 50 - 55 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 F.
  3. Remove from pan, slice and serve.
