Yakisoba Stir Fry

Yakisoba “fried noodles” is a Japanese stir fry noodle dish. Soba means buckwheat, but in Yakisoba, it means Chinese noodles made with wheat flour and flavored with a sauce.

Fortune makes these delicious, authentic Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles. They are so good! The noodles are pre-cooked, steamed, cholesterol-free, and microwaveable. Includes a sauce packet that you mix with water for the authentic flavoring. I chose the “hot and spicy flavor” and it definitely had a little kick in the sauce which my husband loved!

So if you’re in need of a quick and easy weeknight dinner that doesn’t taste like it was a quick and easy try this recipe. You won’t be disappointed.

You’ll find Fortune Yakisoba stir fry noodles in the refrigerated section of most grocery stores.
