Making homemade soup is my specialty. So creating this simple Spicy Vegan Udon Noodle Soup was a breeze.

Using Fortune Original Flavor Udon Noodles is what makes it so simple. The flavor pack adds all the seasoning you’ll need. You can add fresh veggies and/or a protein like chicken. I personally love to add squash and zucchini to my soup, they cook quickly and taste delicious in this soup. Made with 100% natural ingredients!

You’ll need:
1 7.25 ounce Fortune Original Flavor Udon Noodles
1 /4 cup yellow squash chopped into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup zucchini chopped into bite-size pieces
3 green onions chopped
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
fresh pepper

In a small saucepan add 1 and 1/2 cups water, bring to a boil.
Add the squash, zucchini, 2 of the 3 chopped green onions, noodles, and the flavor pack.

Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.
