Pull Apart Sweet Rolls in the Slow Cooker AIf you have not tried Pull Apart Sweet Bread in the Slow Cooker you must make them at least once. They are so easy to make and amazing tasting. They should taste great, they have plenty of sugar and butter on them. I would call these a splurge. 🙂 Sticky, gooey and sweet. Yum!

Pull Apart Sweet Bread in the Slow Cooker

You’ll need:
1 can refrigerated biscuits, I used buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 tablespoons butter
Icing:
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Spray your slow cooker his oil
In a small saucepan melt the butter and 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar together. Heat and mix until melted do not boil.
Put 1/4 cup of the sugar in a zip lock bag
Cut your biscuits into 4 pieces
Coats all the pieces with sugar in the plastic bag, a couple pieces at a time.Place half into the slow cooker. Pour half the warm butter/sugar mixture over the rolls. Add the remaining pieces. Pour the rest of the butter/sugar mixture over the rolls.

Pull Apart Sweet Rolls in the Slow Cooker 011Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Not all slow cookers are created equal some cook faster than others, so make sure you keep an eye on your rolls after the first hour. Mine were perfect at 2 hours.

For the icing mix together the sugar and butter. Add the vanilla. If too thick add a little milk to thin. Pour over Bread when finished cooking.

 Serve warm. These rolls get hard after they cool. You can keep them in the slow cooker on warm.
