In a medium bowl blend the peanut butter and softened butter. Slowly mix in the confectioner sugar. Add the vanilla, mix. Spread the peanut butter/sugar mixture in a 13x9 inch pan. Spread the melted milk chocolate evenly over the top. Lick your fingers, cover, and chill for a couple hours before cutting and serving.
