Creamy Veggie Pasta Salad Recipe & Bamboo Cutting Board Review

Serves: 4 serv
- 8 ounces small pasta shells cooked
- 1 cup diced zucchini
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- ½ cup small black olives sliced in half
- ⅓ cup sliced mild jalapenos
- ¼ - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder or garlic seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup ranch dressing, I made my own, kind of... using ranch powder and mayonnaise but you can use a bottled dressing
- Cook your pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Chop all your vegetables.
- Toss the veggies into a large bowl with the cooled pasta.
- In a small bowl combine the ranch dressing, cayenne pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper with a whisk.
- Pour over the pasta and veggies and gently combine until everything is evenly coated. Chill for a few hours or overnight is even better.
