Super Charged Green Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Ingredients
  • 1 cup baby kale and chard mix
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 8 ounces yogurt or low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (frozen)
  • I used the single serve cup on my Ninja blender
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients together in your blender pitcher or blender cup.
  2. Mix until blended. I pulse the single serve power button. Add blueberries and pulse to well blended.
  3. That's it!
