Super Charged Green Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Serves: 1-2 serv
- 1 cup baby kale and chard mix
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 8 ounces yogurt or low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (frozen)
- I used the single serve cup on my Ninja blender
- Add all the ingredients together in your blender pitcher or blender cup.
- Mix until blended. I pulse the single serve power button. Add blueberries and pulse to well blended.
- That's it!
