Cheese Stuffed Pumpkin Blossoms
  • 5 pumpkin blossoms
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 2 slices of bacon crumbled
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning or garlic powder
  1. Remove the stamen and rinse clean.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, bacon and garlic seasoning.
  3. Fill each blossom carefully with the cheese mixture and twist them closed. Bake in a preheated 375 F. degree oven for about 5 - 8 minutes or until the cheese is soft and melted.
