Spinach & Blue Cheese Hambuger

  • 2 pounds ground beef, I use grass fed ground chuck
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • salt and pepper
  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. Mixing with your hands.
  2. Form into patties. You can decide how many patties you want to make. We like big burgers, I usually make 3 per pound.
  3. Grill on a hot grill until the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F or until the juices run clear. The cooking time varies depending on the thickness of your burger.
