- 1 banana chopped
- ½ cup blackberries
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 drops Lemon essential oil
- Today I am starting with fresh ingredients, if you want your smoothie frozen, freeze your fruit the night before.
- Layer all your ingredients into your Ninja/blender.
- Blend until smooth, the time will depend on your blender, the Ninja whips it up quick.
- Drink up!
