Serves: 8

Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits, I used buttermilk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • Icing:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Spray your slow cooker his oil
  2. In a small sauce pan melt the butter and ¼ cup sugar and ½ cup brown sugar together. Heat and mix until melted do not boil.
  3. Put ¼ cup of the sugar in a ziplock bag
  4. Cut your biscuits into 4 pieces
  5. Coat all the pieces with sugar in the plastic bag, a couple pieces at a time.
  6. Place half into the slow cooker.
  7. Pour half the warm butter/sugar mixture over the rolls.
  8. Add the remaining pieces. Pour the rest of the butter/sugar mixture over the rolls.
  9. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Not all slow cookers are created equal some cook faster so keep an eye on your rolls after the first hour. Mine were perfect at 2 hours.
  10. For the icing mix together the sugar and butter.
  11. Add the vanilla. If to thick add a little milk to thin.
  12. Pour over bread. Serve warm. These rolls get hard after they cool. You can keep them in the slow cooker on warm.
