Spray the bottom of your baking pan with oil. Sprinkle ½ of the crushed corn flakes on the bottom of the baking pan.
In a small saucepan or in the microwave melt the butter.
In a small shallow bowl mix together all the dry ingredients.
Dip your chicken pieces in the butter then into the bread crumb mixture to coat.
Lay the chicken on top of the crushed corn flakes.
Pour the remaining butter over the chicken pieces.
Bake in a 375 F degree oven for 40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 F degrees. The coating should be crunchy. If not place it under the broiler to crisp.
