Mini Candy Cheescakes
Ingredients
  • 12 vanilla wafers
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • ¼ cup & 2 Tablespoons sucanat/sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 regular size snickers bar
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Line a cupcake pan with liner. I used my silicone cupcake liners which I love! They are reusable, wash up nice and your cupcake pops right out without sticking. It's amazing. Put 1 vanilla wafer at the bottom of each cupcake. Set aside
  2. In a bowl cream together cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer until creamy.
  3. Spoon over the cookies until evenly distributed between the 12
  4. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 15 minutes
  5. In a small microwave bowl melt the snicker bar and chocolate chips, mix well.
  6. When cooled top each with melted snicker bar.
  7. Refrigerate until you are ready to eat. I drizzled some chocolate over the top before serving.
