When I started making these cookies last night with my daughter and grandkids, I hadn’t planned on sharing the recipe. But…I decided to because of these cute little spring cookie cutters. It was the first time I used them and I’m in love with them. I thought they were too small at first. Now I think they are perfect. You can pop the cookies out in a snap. We ended up making all but one tray of cookies with the small cutters. I purchased the spring-loaded cookie cutters on Amazon. Now on to the cookie making!
