Christmas Crunch 046

I decided to take a break from baking today and make this pretty popcorn, pretzel mix that I’m calling Christmas Crunch. I found this recipe on Pinterest. Love Pinterest! This would make a great homemade gift. It’s also super easy so that the kids can make it with help with the melting part. It tastes yummy!

1/2 cup popcorn kernels, 2 quarts popped
1 (12 oz) bag Vanilla Candy Melts
1 1/3 cups small pretzel pieces I found some cute shaped Christmas pretzels at Walmart
1 (12 oz) bag mini M&Ms

In a large bowl add the popcorn(make sure you remove any unpopped kernels), pretzels and M&Ms.

On the stove top or in the microwave melt the vanilla candy melts. Using 50% powers so you melt it slow and even. Stir every 30 seconds until melted.
