Sweet & Spicy Wings in the Slow Cooker
2 lbs of chicken wing pieces
1 cup of barbecue sauce of your choice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 teaspoon or more of cyanine pepper, we like more because we like them spicy.
Mix together the barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, and cyanine pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
Place the wings frozen into the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
Mix until coated.
Cook on high for 3 – 4 hours.
Place on a baking sheet and place under the oven broiler until crispy.
We like ours crispy but you can make them as crispy as you like!
