Simple Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob tastes amazing! You have to try it to believe how sweet it makes the corn taste.
Simple Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob 1I am always looking for new ways to cook foods and oven roasting is my new favorite way to cook vegetables. It brings out the sweetness in all the vegetables I’ve oven roasted so far. It even does the same for fresh fruit. Let the oven roasting begin!

You’ll need:
fresh corn shucked
olive oil enough to drizzle
sea salt
freshly ground pepper
butter

Line a baking dish with aluminum foil. Place the freshly shucked corn in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. You can roll the corn around to coat the whole cob evenly. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
Bake in a preheated 400 degrees F oven for 10 minutes, turn and bake another 10 minutes.

What’s your favorite way you cook fresh corn?
