I have plenty of Rhubarb growing in my garden. I have never made anything with my rhubarb, afraid of it I guess. The name alone is weird, rhubarb? That doesn’t sound delicious to me. But I believe in going out of your comfort zone and trying new things. So I found these recipes shared at The Gathering Spot last week. They have given me inspiration! As soon as the rain stops I’m going outside to pick some rhubarb. I will post my hopefully delicious rhubarb recipe in a couple days. So stay tuned. 🙂
