Fresh Guacamole Dip

It’s Super Bowl Sunday and you have to have some snacks to eat while you’re watching the big game. At least that’s what my husband tells me. I don’t really watch the Super Bowl but I do like the snacks. At EarthFare this week you received 2 avocados free with a $5.00 purchase. So I decided to make Guacamole Dip with my avocados. It was really simple and it turned out great. Here is the recipe I used.

Guacamole Dip

2 avocados

1/3 cup onion finely diced

2 plum tomatoes finely diced

1 clove garlic finely diced

1 Tablespoon lime juice

salt and pepper to taste

fresh cilantro (optional)

cut open avocados

scrape out avocados

add diced onion

add diced tomato

add garlic

add lime

mix all together, chill and eat

We ate it with tortilla chips. I bet it would be good on just about anything 🙂

I love Guacamole and have tried different recipes over the years and gave up because it never came out right to me. I will be trying this recipe tomorrow. It looks so delicious! Thanks for sharing it with me!
