It was a busy weekend for me. I didn’t get a chance to post anything because I was gone most of the time. I went to a beautiful wedding shower on Sunday. The doctor I work for is getting married late June.

Today I thought I would show you how my sour dough starters are doing. All three are working.

Especially the wheat. It smells sour!

I will have to use larger jars later today when I stir and add more flour and water. I will keep you updated on my progress. Are you following along with me?
